Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking with Baliverse, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Reservation and Payment
- All reservations must be confirmed with a minimum deposit of 30% from the total price.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of service or upon arrival in Bali.
- Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Cash (IDR, USD, AUD, EUR).
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to the arrival date: Full refund of deposit.
- Cancellation made within 3-6 days prior to the arrival date: 50% cancellation fee from the deposit.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours or "No Show": Deposit is non-refundable.
3. Usage of Transport
- Standard daily rental duration is 10-12 hours per day.
- Overtime charge will be applied at 10% of the daily rate per extra hour.
- Usage is strictly for the agreed itinerary or within permitted zones in Bali.
4. Liability & Insurance
- Baliverse Transport is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).
- Guests are strongly advised to secure their own comprehensive travel insurance.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the guest's negligence will be charged accordingly.
